Building Balance was created from what I see every day: students and young women feeling pressure to do it all while silently struggling with stress, burnout, confidence, and comparison.

I believe wellness should feel realistic, not restrictive. I hope to use my voice to inspire others to live happier, healthier, and more balanced lives — because balance builds confidence, confidence builds leaders, and leaders change communities.

Wellness begins with access, education, and community support. Here's what Building Balance is already doing across North Carolina.
Collected over 100 self-care items — from toothbrushes and towels to feminine products — and donated them to the Women's Center of Wake County, making care visible and accessible to women in need.
Raised $150 through a Self Defense Class with Royce Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy of Raleigh for School Meals for All NC, and raised an additional $150 for the NC State Wellness Center at a percent-of-purchase event with Blend Nutrition.
